The state with the best high school graduation rate

According to The 18th annual edition of America’s Health Rankings™: A Call to Action for People & Their Communities, guess which state has the best high school graduation rate? Nebraska. Not Massachusetts, not California, not Washington. And it’s not because there’s nothing else to do in Nebraska other than stay in school. We’re serious; it’s not.
