Maryland trade school gets a million
The Department of Busines and Economic Development in the state of Maryland has granted $1 million for the development of a Career and Technology Training Center in the Garrett County town of Accident.
Garret County will also contribute $500,000 to the center, where students will acquire skills in welding machining, metal fabrication, carpentry and other trades.
